More paying gigs

My first round with these characters seemed popular enough to be requested to draw them again. My colouring is soo slow! I tried to lay down flat colours and then work with grey on a multiply layer. It seemed to work alright.

Rat Fist

I discovered Doug TenNapel's webcomic Ratfist today, I got as far as page 33 and decided I had to go fanboy and draw him. This was the first time I've drawn Ratfist so I made sure i was happy with my pencils and then went with a really loose brush style for inking. I hope you enjoy.

Joe Zombie Brush Pen

I just came home from the Jeff Lemire exhibition at Unreal City, and saw that he works from rough blueline pencils to inks. I am still getting comfortable with working loose but it is much quicker.

Joe Zombie marker sketch

I am still playing around with my Joe Zombie style. I just roughed in the pencils and then went straight to inking with my brush pen.

Jack Kirby homage

This is my take on Jack Kirby's New Gods image, done with the Atomic Tiki.

Wolverine Commission

I got a commission for a Wolverine picture. Its a birthday present so I hope he enjoys it.
